Why we exist

Organizations invest millions building software, yet employees use only a fraction of what it can do. The problem is not missing features - it is complexity. Every new capability widens the gap between what software can do and what people can easily accomplish.

Merlean closes that gap. Instead of teaching people where buttons are, we let them describe outcomes in plain language and execute those outcomes directly inside the application.

How Merlean is different

Most AI agents click buttons, read screens, and navigate menus, which breaks when layouts change. Merlean builds a machine-readable understanding of an application - its APIs, routes, forms, permissions, and workflows - and operates the software directly. It is not a chatbot, RPA tool, browser agent, or copilot.
